RETURN POLICY

FIRST… thank you all for coming to my website, and thank you 100x more for purchasing from Zae Crafts. Zae Crafts, is a small business created by Isaiah Moses. 

-shipping for all custom items will be mailed out within 2 WEEKS of purchase. If there is a foreseen delay you will be notified immediately.

-shipping for ready to ship items will be shipped within 2 days of ordering. 

-there are no refunds for custom order. All purchases are final. If there is an issue with the product please email me photos of the damaged item, within two days of receiving the item. Once it is determined that the product is damaged( with photos of damages that would have happened due to my mishandling) a full refund will be issued. 

-patterns are NON REFUNDABLE.

-dolls are only refundable if a return of the order is made. (Must mail back the order to origin)

-ready to ship items are NON REFUNDABLE. please read descriptions thoroughly for sizing. Also always refer to the sizing chart I’ve made available.
